- • Take full ownership of Sintra's Google Ads performance — strategy, execution, optimization, and growth
- • Dictate what the channel needs to scale: brief the CRO team on which tests to run, direct the creative team on what assets to produce, and hold those briefs to a high standard
- • Audit the account weekly — identifying waste, spotting opportunity, and acting on both without waiting to be asked
- • Continuously expand into new placements across Search, YouTube, Performance Max, and Display
- • Manage budget allocation with a sharp eye on ROAS and CPA, scaling what works and cutting what doesn't
- • Own the full funnel view — from keyword and audience targeting through to landing page performance and conversion
- • Report clearly on what's working, what isn't, and what's next
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven track record running and scaling Google Ads for a SaaS or subscription product
- • Comfortable in the driver's seat — you set direction, you don't wait for it
- • Experience across Search, YouTube, PMax, and Display — you know the nuances of each
- • Strong creative judgment: you can brief a video ad or a landing page test as confidently as you can build a campaign
- • Proficient with Google Ads, GA4, and conversion tracking fundamentals
- • Data-driven and fast-moving — you audit, decide, and act in the same week
