- • We are seeking a Media Buyer to own and scale Sintra’s paid social acquisition. Your goal is to help more small businesses discover Sintra by turning paid channels into a repeatable, scalable growth engine.
- • This role is not about “running ads.” It’s about owning budgets, unlocking scale, and building systems that consistently bring in high-intent customers.
- • You will own paid social strategy and execution, primarily on Meta, manage and allocate budgets across channels to maximize impact, decide when to scale, pause, or reallocate spend based on performance, unlock and manage scale, taking campaigns from early traction to meaningful volume, and partner with creative to form hypotheses, test new angles and avatars, and turn learnings into repeatable systems.
- • You will also effectively run the whole Meta paid ads team: video editors, creative strategists, CRO.
- • You will be responsible for owning and scaling Sintra’s paid social acquisition, managing and allocating budgets, deciding when to scale, pause, or reallocate spend, unlocking and managing scale, and partnering with creative to form hypotheses, test new angles and avatars, and turn learnings into repeatable systems.
- • The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in performance media buying, a proven track record of scaling paid social campaigns, strong judgment around budget allocation and prioritization, a deep understanding of creative-driven performance in paid social, comfort operating with high autonomy and accountability, and clear communication with a builder mindset.
