- • Own end-to-end technical production for Harvey’s all-hands meetings, executive broadcasts, town halls, and internal leadership events—from pre-production planning through live execution and post-event archiving.
- • Develop and maintain standardized run-of-show playbooks, rehearsal schedules, presenter preparation guides, backup protocols, and incident response procedures to ensure predictable, low-friction execution of live events.
- • Define, implement, and enforce global AV standards for conference rooms and event spaces across all Harvey office locations, ensuring consistent, reliable performance in every environment.
- • Manage the full livestream and broadcast stack, including cameras, video switchers (e.g., ATEM, Tricaster), encoders (e.g., NDI, SRT), audio systems, captioning services, and distribution platforms such as Zoom, Slack, and internal channels.
- • Collaborate with Internal Communications to align event cadence, content flow, and executive speaker readiness, and partner with Brand & Creative to integrate motion graphics, lower-thirds, and on-screen branding elements.
- • Vet, scope, hire, and manage external production vendors, freelance crews, and AV integrators, including negotiating contracts, enforcing quality benchmarks, and conducting post-event reviews.
- • Lead AV readiness for new office openings by coordinating with Workplace, IT/Network, and Real Estate teams to ensure seamless integration of audiovisual infrastructure during buildouts.
- • Capture, edit, and archive footage from all internal events for reuse in onboarding materials, leadership communications, and company recap reels, while maintaining the studio kit and global gear inventory.
- • Serve as the primary on-call escalation point for AV failures during high-stakes events, ensuring rapid resolution and minimal disruption to executive communications.
- • Act as the BizTech subject-matter expert for all media production technology decisions, evaluating tools, systems, and workflows to maintain Harvey’s production quality bar.
- • Design reference AV setups for new office deployments that scale across global locations while maintaining compatibility with existing infrastructure and platform integrations.
- • Maintain up-to-date documentation of AV system configurations, vendor contacts, event logs, and asset libraries to ensure continuity and knowledge transfer within the BizTech team.
- • Ensure compliance with internal brand guidelines and accessibility standards in all broadcast output, including captioning accuracy and visual identity consistency.
- • Proactively identify and implement improvements to live production workflows, reducing manual effort, increasing reliability, and enhancing the employee viewing experience.
- • Monitor emerging technologies in corporate AV and broadcast systems to recommend upgrades or replacements that align with Harvey’s scale and operational needs.
- • Coordinate with IT and cybersecurity teams to ensure all media production systems meet enterprise security and network policy requirements.
- • Track and report on equipment utilization, maintenance schedules, and budget adherence for the global media production portfolio.
- • Provide training and support to non-technical staff on basic AV operations in conference rooms and event spaces.
- • Maintain a library of branded templates, graphics assets, and production presets for consistent visual identity across all internal broadcasts.
