You will be instrumental in developing, implementing, and optimizing high-impact paid media strategies, specifically leveraging Amazon Sponsored Ads to achieve our clients' ambitious business objectives. This role demands a blend of strategic thinking, analytical prowess, and hands-on campaign management, all within a dynamic, fast-paced agency environment.
  • • You will collaborate closely with senior team members and account managers to conceptualize and execute comprehensive media plans that align with client goals, such as increasing sales, improving profitability, and enhancing brand visibility on Amazon. This involves a deep dive into client business objectives, understanding their unique market positioning, and translating these insights into actionable media strategies.
  • • A significant aspect of your role will involve managing complex projects and high-profile client accounts. This requires exceptional organizational skills, the ability to prioritize effectively, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You will be entrusted with substantial campaign budgets, necessitating meticulous oversight and a keen eye for detail to ensure optimal allocation and return on ad spend (ROAS).

You will be expected to continuously research and stay informed about the latest industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in Amazon advertising and the broader eCommerce landscape.   • • Your responsibilities will extend to the meticulous execution of media campaigns. This includes setting up campaigns, defining targeting parameters, crafting compelling ad copy, and managing bids to maximize performance. You will gain a robust understanding of various Amazon advertising products, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display, and know when and how to deploy them effectively.
  • • Data analysis and research are core components of this role. You will be responsible for monitoring campaign performance on a daily basis, analyzing key metrics (such as ACOS, ROAS, CTR, CPC, conversion rates), and generating insightful reports. Based on your findings, you will provide data-driven recommendations for optimization and strategic adjustments to senior stakeholders and clients.
  • • Effective collaboration is key to success. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including account management, creative, and analytics, to ensure seamless campaign execution and alignment with broader client strategies. Your ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing, will be vital in fostering strong working relationships and delivering exceptional client service.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Bachelor's Degree with at least 1 year of experience managing performance search media, specifically Amazon Sponsored Ads.
  • • Comprehensive data analysis and problem-solving skills, with the ability to draw conclusions and formulate strategic recommendations based on findings.
  • • Proven ability to work independently while effectively multitasking across multiple priorities and handling a wide variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • • Excellent communication skills, with a demonstrated desire to learn and grow within the eCommerce marketing industry.
  • • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, chart building) and general Microsoft Office Suite.
  • • Eligibility to work shifts between 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM or 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM Philippine Time.
