- • As a Media Strategist (internally known as a Media Solutions Manager), you will be instrumental in shaping and executing integrated TV media strategies for a diverse portfolio of clients. Reporting directly to the Media Solutions Director, your role will be pivotal in developing comprehensive media plan components, meticulously analyzing campaign performance, and continuously refining our processes to translate high-level strategy into precise, impactful execution.
- • This position is ideally suited for a seasoned media planning professional with a passion for integrated campaigns and a desire for deeper exposure to the intricacies of both linear and streaming TV strategy. - • Your core responsibilities will encompass the meticulous development of smart media plans. This involves supporting the creation of integrated TV strategies that are precisely aligned with client Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), skillfully balancing the unique strengths of both linear and streaming television approaches to achieve optimal reach and engagement.
- • A critical aspect of your role will be to translate strategic vision into tangible execution. You will be responsible for clearly documenting campaign goals, budgets, and KPIs, ensuring that our Investment and Analytics teams have the precise information needed to activate campaigns with maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
- • You will play a vital role in analyzing campaign performance. This includes proactively pulling campaign data, identifying emerging trends, and surfacing actionable insights that directly inform and improve results throughout each planning cycle. Your analytical prowess will be key to driving continuous optimization and demonstrating campaign value.
- • Contributing valuable Points of View (POVs) and strategic insights will be a significant part of your contribution. You will conduct thorough research into market trends, competitive landscapes, and category dynamics to support the development of compelling media POVs and sophisticated strategic storytelling that resonates with clients.
- • Furthermore, you will actively contribute to improving our internal workflows and documentation. By strengthening planning processes and enhancing the clarity of our documentation, you will facilitate smoother, faster, and more efficient cross-functional collaboration, ensuring that our teams operate at peak performance.
- • We are seeking individuals who embody the spirit of an agency-trained planner, possessing at least two years of experience in media planning or strategy, with a strong preference for experience supporting integrated campaigns. Fluency in TV advertising, encompassing both linear and streaming media, is a mandatory requirement for this role.
- • You should be data-literate, comfortable interpreting performance data, identifying key trends, and connecting these insights back to defined KPIs to inform strategic decisions. A strong sense of strategic curiosity is essential; you should be driven to understand not just what worked, but the underlying 'why' and how to enhance future campaign performance.
- • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is crucial. You must be comfortable using Excel formulas for data organization and manipulation, and adept at building polished, client-ready presentations in PowerPoint that effectively communicate strategy and campaign results.
- • The ability to present information clearly and compellingly is paramount. You should have a proven track record of building presentations that articulate strategy or campaign outcomes with precision and impact.

🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of experience in media planning or strategy, ideally supporting integrated campaigns.
- • Proven experience with linear and/or streaming TV media planning and execution.
- • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data, identify trends, and connect insights to KPIs.
- • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas) and PowerPoint (presentation building).
- • Strategic curiosity and a drive to understand campaign performance drivers.
