📋 Description
- • As the Medicaid Product Manager at Humana, you will play a critical role in shaping and delivering innovative Medicaid solutions that enhance the lives of members and drive business outcomes.
- • You will lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for assigned Medicaid product lines, including strategy, planning, development, launch, and ongoing optimization, translating enterprise and Medicaid business strategies into actionable product roadmaps with clear objectives and success metrics.
- • You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, compliance, and business stakeholders, to ensure alignment and effective product delivery, participating in Agile Release Train (ART) ceremonies and working with Release Train Engineers, Solution Architects, and product owners to facilitate the delivery of high-value features and enhancements.
- • You will define, track, and report on product KPIs and member outcomes, using data to drive continuous improvement and strategic decisions, while ensuring products adhere to regulatory and contractual requirements and fostering a culture of continuous improvement by adopting best practices in product management, Agile, and Lean Portfolio Management.
🎯 Requirements
- • 5 or more years of progressive product management experience
- • 2 years managing all stages of the product lifecycle in a matrixed organization
- • Experience launching or optimizing at least one significant product or product line (e.g., impacting multiple departments, >$250k+ scope) with measurable business or member outcomes
- • Agile methodology experience including participation in PI planning, backlog management, and cross-functional Agile ceremonies
- • At least 1 year of product management experience in Medicaid or healthcare, with exposure to regulatory or compliance considerations
