📋 Description

• • The Medical Community Operations Specialist at myTomorrows owns and optimizes core operational processes that support global Medical Community activities, ensuring efficient, accurate, and compliant handling of clinical trial referrals, Expanded Access Programs, and patient engagement workflows.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include managing and improving HubSpot lead and deal pipelines, designing and maintaining dashboards for data visibility, owning client onboarding processes, identifying and resolving operational bottlenecks, and acting as an operational partner to clinical research teams and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and compliant communication.
