📋 Description

• Own the clinical voice of all in-product medical content, including biomarker explanations, protocol rationales, AI coach responses, and biological narratives that millions of users interact with daily.
• Partner directly with the Product Lead to ensure every piece of clinical content is medically accurate, actionable, and aligned with Lucis’s preventive health mission and distinctive tone.
• Curate and structure clinical knowledge for AI agents by translating clinical reasoning into prompts, expert ranges, protocol logic, and knowledge graphs that power the AI doctor.
• Monitor and synthesize emerging research in longevity, functional medicine, and preventive health, identifying new evidence, protocols, and biomarker science to inform product development.
• Brief the Product Lead and broader team on critical advancements in preventive medicine, ensuring Lucis remains at the scientific frontier.
• Review and approve all marketing content — newsletters, landing pages, campaigns — for medical rigor and accuracy; serve as the final clinical sign-off for public-facing materials.
• Collaborate with the AI and design teams to ensure clinical depth is preserved in user-facing narratives without compromising clarity or accessibility.
• Treat AI as a daily collaborator, integrating it natively into content creation, research synthesis, and knowledge management workflows.
• Maintain a systems-thinking approach to content, designing scalable frameworks for clinical messaging rather than ad-hoc responses.
• Actively track personal biomarkers and engage with the longevity literature, demonstrating genuine personal investment in preventive health.
• Ensure all content is delivered in flawless, publication-quality French and English, with Spanish as a valuable additional asset.
• Operate with radical ownership: proactively identify gaps in clinical content, propose improvements, and drive initiatives without waiting for direction.
• Work in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment where velocity over perfection is prioritized, and daily shipping of high-quality clinical content is the norm.
• Contribute to a culture of rigor without ego, where science, data, and feedback determine the best path forward — not hierarchy or tradition.
• Be based remotely anywhere in Europe, with a strong preference for regular on-site collaboration at the Paris hub.
• Embrace a non-conventional view of medicine: reject the reactive "labs are normal, you're fine" mindset in favor of proactive, personalized, AI-augmented longevity science.

🎯 Requirements

• MD (or equivalent medical degree) with direct experience in longevity, functional, or preventive medicine
• Fluency in both French and English at clinical-publication quality, both written and spoken
• Proven experience writing patient-facing or practitioner-facing clinical content
• Daily, native use of AI tools in professional workflows
• Experience working in a startup or fast-moving, ambiguous environment
• Deep personal engagement with preventive health — tracking biomarkers, following longevity research, and rejecting reactive healthcare models
