As a vital link between our patients and their medical needs, you will be at the forefront of delivering outstanding service, embodying our commitment to care and efficiency.
  • • In this dynamic position, you will be the primary point of contact for patients, addressing a wide range of inquiries related to their medical services, appointments, billing, and general healthcare concerns. Your ability to listen attentively, empathize with patient situations, and provide accurate, timely information will be paramount. You will handle inbound calls, emails, and potentially other communication channels, ensuring every interaction is professional, supportive, and resolution-focused. This role demands a unique blend of strong interpersonal skills, a solid understanding of medical terminology and processes, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • • Guiding patients through pre-authorization processes and explaining the steps involved.
  • • Documenting all patient interactions accurately and comprehensively in our CRM system, ensuring a detailed record of inquiries and resolutions.
  • • Escalating complex issues to the appropriate departments or medical professionals when required, while maintaining ownership of the patient's concern until resolved.
  • • Educating patients on available resources, patient portals, and healthcare management tools.
  • • Adhering to all HIPAA regulations and maintaining strict patient confidentiality at all times.

  • • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of Pavago's services, policies, and procedures.
  • • Performing administrative tasks as needed to support the customer service function.
  • • This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a remote work setting and possess a natural inclination towards problem-solving and patient advocacy. You will be empowered to make a real difference in the lives of our patients by providing them with the support and information they need to manage their health effectively. Your bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish will be instrumental in serving our diverse patient population, breaking down communication barriers, and ensuring equitable access to care. We are looking for someone who is not just a representative, but a trusted advisor and a compassionate guide through the healthcare landscape.
