- • As a Medical Customer Service Representative at Pavago, you will serve as the primary point of contact for patients, providing empathetic, bilingual (English/Spanish) support throughout their healthcare journey. This role is critical in ensuring patients receive timely, accurate, and compassionate assistance across phone, email, and chat channels, directly impacting patient satisfaction and trust in healthcare services.
- • Day to day, you will respond to patient inquiries via phone, email, and chat; provide clear information on medical services, appointment scheduling, insurance, and billing; troubleshoot service or technology issues; document interactions accurately in the CRM; uphold strict confidentiality and data security standards; collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex cases; and participate in ongoing training to adapt to evolving tools and patient needs.
