  • • As a Medical Customer Service Representative at Pavago, you will be the compassionate voice and guiding hand for patients navigating their healthcare journey. This full-time, remote position is crucial to our mission of providing exceptional patient support across all communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. You will serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring every patient interaction is handled with empathy, efficiency, and accuracy.
  • • Your core responsibility will be to respond to patient inquiries with speed and professionalism. This involves providing clear, precise information regarding our medical services, assisting with appointment scheduling, offering support with insurance-related queries, and addressing billing questions. The goal is to deliver a consistently compassionate and reassuring experience, making patients feel valued and understood at every touchpoint.
  • • Beyond direct patient communication, you will be instrumental in issue resolution and service coordination. This includes troubleshooting problems related to our services or internal technology platforms, ensuring a seamless experience for the patient. You will collaborate closely with various internal teams to guarantee efficient service delivery and diligent follow-through on patient needs. Complex cases will require your careful attention, escalating them appropriately while maintaining patient trust and clarity.
  • • Maintaining meticulous records is a vital part of this role. You will be responsible for accurately documenting all patient interactions within our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Ensuring that all documentation adheres to the highest standards of quality, accuracy, and compliance is paramount. Upholding strict patient confidentiality and adhering to robust data security best practices at all times is non-negotiable, reflecting our commitment to patient privacy.
  • • Team collaboration and a dedication to continuous improvement are key to success. You will communicate effectively with your colleagues to optimize workflow efficiency and contribute to a supportive team environment. Active participation in training sessions and ongoing development initiatives will be expected, allowing you to stay abreast of the latest tools, processes, and evolving patient needs. Your ability to adapt quickly to changes will be highly valued.
  • • This role is perfect for individuals who are fluent in both English and Spanish, possessing the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically in both languages. If you genuinely enjoy assisting patients and are driven to deliver thoughtful, patient-first support, you will thrive here. A keen eye for detail, a serious commitment to confidentiality and data security, and a reliable, self-motivated approach are essential, especially for thriving independently in a remote setting. Adaptability and the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment are also critical attributes we seek.
  • • A typical day involves a dynamic mix of direct patient engagement and administrative tasks. You'll be actively responding to inquiries, assisting with scheduling, meticulously documenting interactions in the CRM, and coordinating with internal departments to resolve patient concerns. Every interaction will be guided by our strict confidentiality and compliance standards. Ultimately, you will be the cornerstone of a positive healthcare experience, ensuring clear communication and dependable service from the initial contact through to the resolution of their needs.
  • • Success in this role will be measured by key performance indicators (KPIs) such as response time, issue resolution efficiency, the accuracy and completeness of CRM documentation, patient satisfaction scores, and consistent adherence to confidentiality and data security protocols. Reliability and consistent attendance are also critical metrics that underscore your commitment to our patients and the team.
  • • The interview process is designed to ensure a strong mutual fit, beginning with an initial screening call, followed by an interview with a Pavago Recruiter, and concluding with a client interview. We are committed to a structured onboarding process for successful candidates.
