  • • As a Medical Director for generalized Myasthenia Gravis (gMG) within Amgen's Rare Disease unit, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the medical strategy for UPLIZNA, a critical therapy for patients battling serious illnesses.
  • • This position is central to Amgen's mission of serving patients by providing deep medical and scientific expertise to guide the post-launch planning and execution of medical support activities.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Doctorate degree (MD, DO, PhD) and 4 years of Medical Affairs and/or Neurology experience, OR Master’s degree and 8 years of Medical Affairs and/or Neurology experience, OR Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of Medical Affairs and/or Neurology experience.
  • • Relevant clinical therapeutic experience, with a strong preference for a focus in Neurology.
  • • Experience in generalized Myasthenia Gravis (gMG) is considered a significant advantage.
  • • Outstanding oral and written communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively.
  • • Experience with digital health strategies, data platforms, and innovative engagement tools is a strong asset.
  • • Demonstrated ability to problem-solve, mitigate risks, and adapt easily to changing work environments with comfort in ambiguity.
