- • The Medical Information Specialist III serves as a frontline specialist engaging healthcare professionals in robust clinical dialogue, providing accurate clinical, therapeutic, and safety information in response to unsolicited requests from external healthcare providers and internal colleagues, while supporting patient support and drug/medical device product information for a leading biotechnology client.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining quality and productivity standards, accurately documenting Medical Information Requests, Adverse Events, and Product Quality Complaints in compliance with federal guidelines, conducting literature analysis for off-label inquiries, managing study compliance calls, collecting demographic data, exchanging scientific insights with partners, enrolling participants in educational seminars, and demonstrating empathetic communication to facilitate understanding of medical terminology.

🎯 Requirements
- • Current US healthcare professional license: PharmD (Educational preference may be defined by the client)
- • At least one year of experience in healthcare or pharmaceuticals is strongly preferred
- • Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills with a pleasant telephone manner and strong telephonic service skills
- • Ability to conduct literature searches and provide comprehensive written and oral presentations on specific topics
- • Competent with computer systems, keyboard, mouse, and Call Center Telephone Technology
- • Ability to manage complex situations, work independently and in group settings, and maintain organizational skills while working on multiple projects simultaneously
