  • • Lead the global rollout of Tandem Health’s AI clinical operating system by engaging directly with healthcare executives, medical leaders, and frontline clinicians to ensure successful adoption and integration of the platform into diverse healthcare systems worldwide.
  • • Design, adapt, and optimize clinical workflows, templates, and AI prompts tailored to regional healthcare practices, regulatory environments, and large-scale customer needs, ensuring seamless integration into existing clinical operations.
  • • Partner cross-functionally with product, engineering, and commercial teams to translate clinical feedback into product improvements, support smooth implementations, and drive continuous innovation in the AI assistant’s functionality.
  • • Represent Tandem at international healthcare conferences, workshops, and customer events, serving as a trusted clinical expert and brand ambassador while gathering insights to inform strategy and product evolution.
  • • Provide end-to-end clinician support including onboarding, training, troubleshooting, and day-to-day assistance to maximize user adoption, satisfaction, and clinical value derived from the platform.
  • • Manage clinical safety incidents with rigor and urgency, contributing to internal risk management processes and ensuring compliance with healthcare safety standards during global scaling.

  • • Clinical experience in healthcare settings such as general practice, hospital, or private practice.
  • • Fluency in Lithuanian language, both written and verbal.
  • • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to engage effectively with executives, engineers, and frontline clinicians.
  • • Organisational strength and a process-driven mindset, capable of managing complex workflows and documentation.
  • • Ownership, curiosity, and initiative in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.
  • • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time, including regular trips to Lithuania and other global locations as needed.
