- • Represent Viatris professionally in the Sarajevo Canton, ensuring all activities align with company image and comply with legal and ethical standards
- • Implement marketing program activities as directed by regional and local strategies
- • Maintain scheduled call frequencies and visit counts for doctors and pharmacies according to approved plans
- • Build and sustain trust-based, long-term relationships with healthcare clients in the assigned territory
- • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and local healthcare developments within the Sarajevo Canton and provide actionable insights to management
- • Organize and execute local seminars and workshops for healthcare professionals (HCPs) in alignment with approved schedules and objectives
- • Provide timely, accurate, and detailed reporting of all field activities, including visits, feedback, and market observations
- • Stay informed about new medical advancements and assess their potential impact on Viatris business strategies and product positioning
- • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent execution of medical and commercial initiatives in the region
- • Act as a key liaison between Viatris and healthcare providers to enhance patient access to quality medicines
- • Ensure all field operations reflect Viatris’s mission to empower people to live healthier at every stage of life
- • Adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements governing pharmaceutical representation in Bosnia and Herzegovina
🎯 Requirements
- • University degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Dentistry, or Veterinary Science
- • Experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry
- • Valid driving license with demonstrated driving experience
- • Fluent English language proficiency
- • Strong planning and organizational skills
- • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
