  • • Serve as a market developer for large-scale service deals across GE HealthCare’s Advanced Services portfolio, including technology solutions, asset management, clinical services, and multivendor services.
  • • Act as a servant leader by partnering shoulder-to-shoulder with regional field teams to identify, unlock, and execute growth opportunities in healthcare technology markets.
  • • Engage directly with C-level and VP/Director-level Healthcare Technology Management (HTM) leaders as primary stakeholders to drive strategic service sales.
  • • Orchestrate the strategy and structure of complex, multi-million-dollar service deals while managing multiple concurrent pursuit pipelines.
  • • Develop and articulate innovative value propositions and business models aligned with customer objectives and GE HealthCare’s enterprise strategy.
  • • Build and nurture relationships with HTM consulting firms, Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs), and other key industry partners to amplify the GE HealthCare Service Solutions brand.
  • • Collaborate closely with account community teams, centralized service growth teams, marketing, product management, ESC, SGM, HSAM, Deal Hub, Customer Success, and Enterprise Solution Teams to ensure shared ownership and execution excellence.
  • • Lead client meetings, deal team strategy sessions, internal escalations, and upfront deal qualification exercises to advance sales pipelines.
  • • Drive funnel growth for the Medical Technology Advanced Services portfolio through consultative and value-based selling techniques.
  • • Influence both internal and external stakeholders to adopt the most viable solutions, anticipating and overcoming obstacles in solution development.
  • • Provide actionable feedback to marketing, product management, and customer success teams to refine and evolve service offerings based on market insights.
  • • Demonstrate deep understanding of healthcare market dynamics, competitive landscape, and emerging risks to inform sales strategy.
  • • Maintain commercial excellence through disciplined use of CRM systems and selling technology tools to enhance forecasting accuracy and market effectiveness.
  • • Adopt a daily management system mindset to ensure transparency in deal forecasts, forward planning, and alignment with business priorities.
  • • Travel up to 50% within assigned territory and to company-wide meetings as required by deal cycles and strategic initiatives.
  • • Reside within or near one of the primary supported markets: Philadelphia, Carolinas, Chesapeake, or Ohio Valley, with flexibility considered based on experience and fit.
  • • Operate with high autonomy and self-direction while managing complex, long-cycle sales processes with minimal supervision.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Minimum 5 years of experience in the healthcare/MedTech industry with background in sales, HTM/MVS, RTLS, MedTech cybersecurity, business development, or strategic account management
  • • Demonstrated experience selling complex solutions using value selling and consultative sales techniques
  • • Proven experience in deal structuring, financial modeling/analysis, and project management
  • • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
  • • Must reside within North America and be within a reasonable distance of a major airport
  • • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
