- • As a Medicare Supplement & Ancillary Benefit Advisor, you will play a critical role in guiding consumers through their Medicare supplement and ancillary health insurance options, directly impacting their access to quality care while advancing eHealth’s mission of transparency and trust in healthcare.
- • Day to day, you will handle inbound sales calls and conduct outbound follow-ups on pipeline, book of business, and referrals, advising clients over the phone on Medicare supplement products while maintaining compliance with CMS marketing guidelines and company policies.
- • You will join a diverse team of innovators at eHealth who support one another in solving complex challenges, united by a shared passion to make a difference in how people access healthcare through transparent, trustworthy guidance.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in Medicare supplement and ancillary products across all 50 states, master sales and retention metrics, and grow your career through performance-based success tied to revenue generation, conversion rates, and member retention.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2 years of Sales or contact center experience with Medicare Supplement products
- • Current health license
- • Proficiency in underwritten process and qualifying beneficiaries
- • Thorough understanding of State and Federal GI rights
