  • • Join eHealthInsurance Services, Inc. as a Member Advocate Specialist to support the member journey for hospital indemnity products, guiding beneficiaries through post-enrollment activities and ensuring a seamless, trustworthy experience aligned with the company’s mission of transparent and compassionate care.
  • • Day to day, you will handle high volumes of inbound and outbound customer service calls, verify enrollments, resolve member issues, explain plan benefits, sell Hospital Indemnity and Medicare Advantage plans when needed, use on-screen scripts and tools to document interactions, and demonstrate eHealth’s values in every customer interaction.
  • • You will be part of a dedicated Hospital Indemnity Plan (HIP) team within eHealth’s Member Loyalty Team, a diverse group of innovators committed to solving tough challenges and doing right by customers and each other in a collaborative, mission-driven environment.
  • • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in hospital indemnity and Medicare Advantage products, refine your customer service and sales skills, gain experience in regulated health insurance operations, and build a foundation for long-term growth in healthcare advocacy and member support.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Ability to obtain or currently possess an active resident state health insurance license
  • • Availability to work shifts between 5:00 AM – 6:00 PM PST Monday through Friday, including overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed, especially during the Annual Enrollment Period (October 15 – December 7, 2026)
  • • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills with the ability to handle high call volumes and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • • High level of integrity, customer focus, and comfort using desktop computers, including Office applications and web browsing
