- • Conduct outbound calls and emails to existing Superpower members to help them maximize value from their membership through personalized recommendations
- • Guide members through the Superpower Marketplace by identifying and suggesting relevant health products aligned with their individual biomarker data and long-term health goals
- • Drive revenue growth per member by increasing product adoption and upsell conversion rates, with performance measured directly by revenue generated per conversation
- • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records for all member interactions, ensuring data integrity and actionable insights for team improvement
- • Share feedback and observations on what product recommendations and communication approaches are most effective to continuously refine the member engagement strategy
- • Engage in consultative, non-scripted conversations that prioritize member trust, understanding, and outcomes over sales targets
- • Focus exclusively on warm leads — all members are existing paying subscribers with established trust in the Superpower brand; no cold prospecting is involved
- • Operate as a self-directed remote contractor with ownership over performance metrics, schedule, and workflow
- • Collaborate with internal teams to surface member insights that inform product development, marketing, and customer experience improvements
- • Maintain a high standard of professionalism and empathy in every interaction, ensuring members feel genuinely helped and supported in their health journey
- • Align all activities with Superpower’s ethos of prioritizing health first — both for members and for the team
- • Contribute to building a culture of high performance, integrity, and sustainable excellence consistent with Superpower’s A-player-only standard
- • Work within a globally distributed team that values talent over geography and supports international contributors with visa sponsorship and relocation assistance
- • Leverage deep understanding of health, wellness, and premium membership models to deliver tailored advice that resonates with members’ personal health objectives
- • Use data from biomarker testing and AI-powered insights to inform product recommendations, ensuring every suggestion is grounded in member-specific health intelligence
- • Maintain strict adherence to privacy and compliance standards when handling sensitive health data and member communications
- • Participate in ongoing training and feedback loops to refine communication techniques and product knowledge as the Marketplace evolves
- • Balance autonomy with accountability, delivering consistent results without micromanagement while proactively seeking guidance when needed
- • Represent Superpower as a trusted advisor, not a salesperson, ensuring every interaction leaves the member feeling more empowered and informed about their health
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in sales, account management, retention, or membership revenue generation with measurable results
- • Comfort and skill in conducting consultative, personalized conversations without relying on scripts
- • Genuine interest in health and wellness, with personal experience using or engaging with health-focused products
- • Highly organized and self-directed, with the ability to manage a remote contractor role with ownership and discipline
