Member of Engineering (Console, Full-Stack)

📋 Description

• • As a Member of Engineering on the Console team, you will build the control plane and management UI that powers every Poolside deployment in customer environments, serving as the operational backbone for enterprise instances.
• • Day to day, you will design and build backend services and APIs for provisioning, configuration, and runtime control; instrument systems with telemetry (metrics, logging, tracing); contribute to frontend UI where needed; collaborate with infrastructure teams on Kubernetes integration; define reliability standards; and shape architectural decisions for multi-environment scalability.
• • Poolside AI is a distributed team building Artificial General Intelligence by transforming software development through agentic systems and frontier models, with monthly in-person collaboration in Paris and a culture rooted in low ego, intellectual curiosity, and mission-driven impact.
• • In this role, you will gain deep experience in AI agent orchestration, distributed systems, observability, and full-stack development while contributing to the infrastructure that enables secure, scalable deployment of frontier AI models in enterprise settings.
