Building strong relationships and fostering effective communication across these groups will be vital for seamless program delivery.
  • • You will contribute to the strategic planning and development of our total rewards philosophy, ensuring our benefits and leave programs align with Anchorage Digital's overall business objectives and culture. This includes benchmarking against industry best practices and competitor offerings to ensure we remain an employer of choice.
  • • Proactively identifying opportunities for program enhancements and innovation will be expected. You will research emerging trends in benefits and leave management, propose new initiatives, and manage their implementation from conception to completion, always with the goal of supporting Villager well-being and retention.
  • • Managing the administration of various leave programs, including FMLA, ADA, state-specific leaves, and personal leaves, will be a significant part of your role. You will ensure accurate tracking, timely processing, and clear communication with employees and managers throughout the leave process.
  • • You will also be involved in the annual open enrollment process, coordinating all aspects from vendor management and system configuration to employee communications and support, ensuring a smooth and successful experience for all Villagers.
  • • This role offers a unique opportunity to make a tangible impact on the lives of our employees by providing them with the support and resources they need to thrive both personally and professionally. You will be a key contributor to fostering a positive and supportive work environment at Anchorage Digital, a company at the forefront of the digital asset industry.
  • • By ensuring our benefits and leave programs are robust, equitable, and aligned with our company values, you will directly contribute to employee satisfaction, retention, and Anchorage Digital's continued growth and success as a leading institutional crypto platform.
  • • You will be responsible for maintaining the integrity and accuracy of employee data related to benefits and leave, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations and internal policies.
