- • As a Member of the Product Team at Fyxer Inc., you will serve as the senior product voice within the organization, working directly with the Head of Product, CTO, founders, and senior engineers to shape what the company builds and why. Your role is critical to turning ambiguity into strategic direction by translating customer signals, product data, and market insights into clear problem framing and product strategy that drives faster learning and better commercial outcomes.
- • Day to day, you will partner closely with engineers from the outset of initiatives, shaping solutions collaboratively rather than handing over specifications. You will use a range of tools — including user interviews, prototypes, experiments, product analytics, fake doors, usability testing, and behavioural analysis — to validate ideas, reduce risk, and move product bets from concept to shipped product to measurable outcomes, continuously tightening the loop between learning and building.
