  • • As a Member Outreach Specialist (MOS) for Devoted Health’s Devoted to Me (D2Me) program, you will serve as the primary point of contact for members, building meaningful relationships through empathetic, solution-oriented communication to help them navigate their healthcare benefits and access vital clinical programs—directly contributing to improved health outcomes and member satisfaction.
  • • Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting 70+ outbound calls and SMS messages daily to educate members on preventive screenings, chronic care programs, and plan benefits; assessing individual needs using internal data and technology to resolve benefit inquiries, schedule appointments, and coordinate care; maintaining accurate documentation in CRM systems while consistently meeting or exceeding productivity and call quality metrics; building trust through active listening, patience, and tailored communication to de-escalate concerns and foster long-term member engagement; and supporting cross-functional initiatives by being cross-trained on related programs such as inbound Member Service Guide during peak periods to ensure operational resilience.

  • • In this role, you will develop strong healthcare navigation skills, deepen your understanding of Medicare Advantage and chronic care management, refine your communication and conflict-resolution abilities in high-volume settings, and gain experience with healthcare CRM platforms and data-driven outreach strategies—positioning you for growth into senior member services, care coordination, or healthcare operations roles within Devoted Health or the broader industry.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 1+ years of experience in a high-volume customer-facing role with a proven ability to build trust and professional relationships; healthcare setting experience is highly preferred
  • • Strong empathetic communication skills, including high emotional intelligence, active listening, and the ability to de-escalate tense situations while tailoring tone to individual member needs
  • • Proficiency with digital platforms and internal systems to efficiently manage calls, document interactions, and leverage data for needs assessment and resolution
  • • Ability to work a flexible schedule within Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–8:00 PM ET, including availability for shifts such as 10:30 AM–7:00 PM ET or 11:30 AM–8:00 PM ET
  • • For bilingual candidates: professional fluency in both English and Spanish (written and oral) is required
