Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional, real-time support through digital channels, specifically SMS and Portal Chat. This role demands a unique blend of empathy, clarity, and efficiency, ensuring that every member interaction is not just a transaction, but a positive and reassuring experience.
  • • You will be the primary point of contact for members seeking assistance with navigating their care options, understanding their benefits, and resolving any issues they may encounter. This involves delving into complex benefit structures and care coordination needs, translating them into easily digestible information for members.
  • • A significant aspect of your role will involve proactive engagement. While inbound service is key, you will also be expected to participate in outbound outreach initiatives, helping members engage with their benefits, understand new programs, or address potential care gaps. This adaptability ensures you can respond to evolving business needs and proactively support our member base.
  • • In this dynamic digital environment, you'll be managing multiple conversations simultaneously, a testament to your strong organizational and multitasking abilities. You will be responsible for identifying complex issues that require escalation, creating detailed cases, and ensuring seamless handoffs to partner teams, such as clinical staff or specialized support units. Maintaining context and ensuring continuity of care throughout these handoffs is essential.
  • • You will be an active contributor to a positive and collaborative team environment. This includes sharing insights, participating in peer discussions, and offering suggestions to improve workflows, enhance guidance materials, and elevate the overall digital member experience. Your input will directly shape how we serve our members.
