- • Conduct outbound phone and SMS outreach to engage members in medication adherence and health support programs, with most of the day spent in direct member communication.
- • Build trust quickly through empathetic, solutions-oriented conversations that identify and address barriers to medication access and healthcare navigation.
- • Enroll eligible members into pharmacy assistance programs, financial aid resources, and care support initiatives designed to improve health outcomes.
- • Coordinate with providers, pharmacies, and internal clinical teams to resolve member issues and ensure continuity of care.
- • Schedule medical appointments for high-risk members when clinically appropriate and aligned with member needs.
- • Utilize internal systems, AI-assisted tools, and knowledge databases to research member questions and provide accurate, timely information.
- • Accurately document all member interactions, manage follow-up tasks, and adapt quickly to evolving workflows, policies, and business priorities.
- • Operate in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment with clear performance expectations while maintaining a high standard of member experience.
- • Balance volume and efficiency with compassion, ensuring each member interaction reflects Devoted Health’s mission to treat members like family.
- • Work remotely in a fully distributed team, requiring self-discipline, reliable internet connectivity, and a quiet workspace for consistent outbound calling.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally to support integrated healthcare delivery, aligning member support with clinical and operational goals.
🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of experience in a high-volume customer-facing, outreach, or support role
- • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build trust and explain complex information clearly and compassionately
- • Comfortable spending most of the day on outbound phone outreach in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
- • Ability to manage multiple systems, workflows, and follow-up tasks accurately while adapting to changing priorities
- • Demonstrated accountability, ownership, coachability, and comfort receiving performance-based feedback
