- • Atlas is seeking a dedicated Member Services Associate to join its elite Travel + Lifestyle team, focusing on overnight support for discerning, high-spending members who rely on the company for exclusive access and seamless experiences. This role is pivotal in maintaining Atlas's reputation as a modern alternative to premium concierge services, ensuring members receive unparalleled service for their complex travel and lifestyle needs. The position is a contract role, offering a remote work environment.
- • In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for managing a wide array of member requests from inception to completion. This includes meticulously researching, booking, and coordinating a variety of luxury services such as high-end hotels, exclusive resorts, and private villas, ensuring each booking aligns with the member's specific preferences and expectations. You will also handle all aspects of flight arrangements, from commercial air travel to private aviation, ensuring seamless transitions and optimal itineraries. Furthermore, your responsibilities will extend to securing access to sought-after events, making dining reservations at premier establishments, and arranging comprehensive ground transportation and logistical support. The goal is to provide an end-to-end service that anticipates and fulfills every aspect of a member's request, demonstrating a deep understanding of luxury travel and lifestyle.
- • A core component of this role involves delivering exceptional, high-touch support to members primarily through chat. This requires a proactive and personalized approach, ensuring every interaction is thoughtful, efficient, and reflects the premium nature of the Atlas brand. You will need to navigate internal proprietary platforms and a suite of third-party booking and management tools with exceptional proficiency to guarantee the accuracy and success of all bookings. Your ability to master these tools will be crucial for maintaining operational efficiency and delivering a flawless member experience. As a direct point of contact, you will serve as a vital brand ambassador, consistently embodying and reinforcing Atlas’s premium positioning through every communication and action. Your professionalism and dedication will be key in upholding the brand's image among its elite clientele.
- • Beyond managing individual requests, you will play an active role in service enhancement by identifying emerging member needs and recognizing patterns in feedback. These valuable insights are to be escalated to the Senior Manager, Member Services Concierge, contributing directly to the continuous improvement of services and operational processes. Collaboration is essential, and you will work closely with a network of external partners, including luxury hotels, specialized concierge services, transportation vendors, and various internal teams. This cross-functional partnership ensures seamless coordination, efficient handoffs, and a unified approach to fulfilling member requests. Additionally, you will contribute to the foundational elements of our service delivery by assisting in the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), creating helpful macros for common tasks, and building out our internal knowledge base resources. This contribution will help standardize our unique travel and lifestyle workflows, ensuring consistency and scalability as the company grows.
