Member Support & Care Advocate

📋 Description

• • As a Member Support & Care Advocate at Vira Health, you will serve as the frontline of the member experience, combining customer service with care advocacy and health coaching to support women navigating fertility, hormonal health, pregnancy, parenting, perimenopause, menopause, and family health.
• • Day to day, you will manage member inquiries via email, in-app messaging, and chat; troubleshoot issues by coordinating with clinical, product, and operations teams; deliver personalized 1:1 guidance on health concerns; provide evidence-based lifestyle and self-management strategies; support symptom-based care planning for Stella members; and document interactions in compliance with clinical governance standards.
