- • Join a mission-driven team transforming senior mental health care with compassion, flexibility, and support. Work remotely from your home and on your own hours. Sailor will take care of finding patients to you so that you can focus on providing therapy!
- • As a licensed mental health therapist at Sailor Health, you will deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting, design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient, manage electronic documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR system, participate in regular team meetings, supervision, and training to ensure best practices, work independently while being part of a collaborative and supportive care team, and tailor your workload to fit your life with flexible scheduling options between 1099 (15+ hrs per week) or W2 (25+ hours per week) structures.

🎯 Requirements
- • Active clinical license (LCSW, LCSW-C, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, CP) in the state of Maryland
- • Completed master’s or doctoral degree in social work, psychology, counseling, marriage and family therapy
- • Experience working with the geriatric population
- • Comfort with technology and experience providing teletherapy is a plus
- • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a virtual care team
- • Commitment to maintaining accurate electronic documentation using EMR systems
