📋 Description

• • As Merchant Success Lead at Serve Robotics, you will own the health, reliability, and growth of the merchant portfolio across third-party delivery platforms like Uber and DoorDash, directly impacting the company’s ability to scale robotic deliveries from novelty to ubiquity in urban environments.
• • Day to day, you will lead the full merchant lifecycle—onboarding, activation, engagement, and renewal—act as the primary executive contact for high-value merchants, resolve systemic performance issues through cross-functional collaboration, translate merchant data into strategic recommendations, and mentor Partnership Managers to elevate team performance.
• • Serve Robotics is a team of tech industry veterans in software, hardware, and design building sidewalk robots to revolutionize urban logistics, with commercial operations already live in Los Angeles, Miami, Dallas, Atlanta, and Chicago, focused on solving real-world delivery challenges through robotics, ML, and computer vision.
• • In this role, you will develop scalable merchant success playbooks, influence product and operational roadmaps using merchant insights, drive growth in new markets and platform integrations, and achieve measurable improvements in merchant retention, satisfaction, and order volume while advancing your expertise in partner ecosystem management at the forefront of last-mile robotics innovation.
