- • As a Merchant Success Manager at ShipBob, you will play a pivotal role in driving merchant growth and retention by building strategic partnerships and ensuring merchants achieve their business goals through ShipBob’s fulfillment platform.
- • Day to day, you will conduct proactive health checks, lead quarterly business reviews, develop action plans based on merchant needs, monitor merchant health to mitigate risks, collaborate with Customer Support and product teams, and track KPIs including NPS, churn, and upsell to foster merchant advocacy and retention.
- • You will join ShipBob’s growing Merchant Success team within a high-performance, transparent culture where leaders are accessible, feedback is bidirectional, and everyone is empowered to solve real problems that impact merchants, ShipBob, and their own professional growth.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in merchant success strategy, strengthen cross-functional collaboration skills, drive measurable business outcomes, and grow your career in a fast-scaling global tech company backed by top-tier investors.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and merchant services within the technology industry
- • Proven aptitude for selling via quota attainment
- • Strong communication skills across oral, written, and in-person mediums
- • Experience collaborating cross-departmentally to deliver comprehensive merchant solutions
- • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
- • Keen perceptive intelligence in assessing merchant needs and driving effective solutions
