- • Support the Mature Engines Spare Parts Center (MESPC) Supply Chain team in managing end-to-end supply chain operations for the TF33 military engine program, including sourcing strategy development and supplier coordination.
- • Proactively track and manage supplier work-in-process (WIP) to identify risks to planned delivery timelines and maintain accurate promise dating for spare parts.
- • Maintain and update purchase orders, addressing supplier exceptions, technical definition changes, pricing adjustments, and delivery commitments using minimum requirements standard work as a competitive advantage.
- • Coordinate resolution of supplier quality issues, including Quality Notifications (QNs) and Root Cause Corrective Actions (RCCAs) for quality escapes impacting production.
- • Identify, assess, and manage supplier-related risks to program industrial plans, ensuring alignment with Pratt & Whitney’s operational goals.
- • Collaborate cross-functionally with Pratt & Whitney teams including Quality, Materials, Engineering, MCL, ESA, Regional Offices, and Programs to drive supply chain outcomes.
- • Develop and execute sourcing strategies, ensuring alignment across internal stakeholders and suppliers for optimal part availability and cost efficiency.
- • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure clarity on delivery expectations, technical requirements, and supply chain performance.
- • Travel up to 10–15% as needed to support supplier visits, program reviews, or cross-functional meetings.
- • Operate within a remote work environment while maintaining high performance and accountability in a highly regulated aerospace and defense supply chain context.
- • Leverage data and documentation to support decision-making, ensure compliance, and improve supply chain transparency across the TF33 program lifecycle.
- • Contribute to restarting production of critical military spare parts by ensuring timely and reliable supplier performance under strict program requirements.
- • Adhere to RTX’s secure hiring and operational protocols, including potential in-person interview steps despite the remote role designation.
🎯 Requirements
- • U.S. citizenship required due to program/contract access restrictions
- • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with minimum 8 years in supply chain, operations, or related field; OR Advanced degree with minimum 5 years experience
