- • Own and manage a portfolio of carrier relationships as the primary operational contact for retiree health solutions
- • Lead and deliver mid-sized projects independently while supporting larger enterprise initiatives as needed
- • Serve as the main point of contact for carriers, handling day-to-day execution and escalations with urgency and precision
- • Analyze operational data to identify root causes of issues and drive data-informed resolutions
- • Partner with internal teams, external carriers, and third-party vendors to ensure seamless service delivery and system alignment
- • Support new carrier onboarding, system implementations, and ongoing training for team members
- • Gather requirements, validate system updates, and conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) for process enhancements
- • Identify and implement process improvements that reduce manual work, increase efficiency, and minimize operational risk
- • Ensure all deliverables meet accuracy standards, performance metrics, and agreed-upon SLAs
- • Provide guidance and escalation support on complex operational issues affecting carrier performance and compliance
- • Maintain alignment between carrier operations and regulatory requirements in a highly regulated environment
- • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at scaling operations while maintaining quality and compliance
- • Collaborate across departments to align carrier workflows with enterprise goals and technology systems
- • Utilize CRM systems and advanced Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Visio) to track performance and report outcomes
- • Support ongoing development and mentoring of junior team members in operational best practices
🎯 Requirements
- • 2+ years of experience in an analyst or similar role
- • Experience managing mid-to-large scale projects
- • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Visio)
- • Experience working with CRM systems and data analysis/querying
- • Understanding of operational workflows and process dependencies
- • Experience collaborating with external partners or vendors
- • Experience in a regulated environment
- • Medicare experience is a plus
