- • Lead the product strategy and roadmap for the Crossix Measurement Suite, a industry-standard platform used by 17 of the top 20 life sciences companies and emerging biotech firms to drive DTC and HCP marketing effectiveness.
- • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, data science, sales, and customer success to define, prioritize, and deliver product features that enhance measurement capabilities for life sciences clients.
- • Own end-to-end product lifecycle for core measurement offerings, from market research and customer feedback analysis to feature specification, release planning, and post-launch performance evaluation.
- • Work directly with life sciences companies, media agencies, and publishers to understand their evolving needs in media attribution, campaign effectiveness, and patient outcome optimization.
- • Translate complex healthcare data, regulatory requirements, and media ecosystem dynamics into clear product requirements and user-centric solutions.
- • Drive product innovation by identifying opportunities to expand the Crossix platform’s capabilities in data integration, analytics, and insights delivery across multi-channel marketing environments.
- • Partner with marketing and sales teams to articulate product value propositions, support customer onboarding, and contribute to go-to-market strategies for new features and enhancements.
- • Maintain deep alignment with Veeva’s core values — Do the Right Thing, Customer Success, Employee Success, and Speed — while ensuring all product decisions uphold ethical standards in healthcare data usage.

- • Represent Crossix internally and externally as a product expert, engaging with industry stakeholders to understand trends in healthcare data, media measurement, and regulatory compliance.
- • Monitor competitive landscape and emerging technologies to ensure Crossix maintains its position as the industry benchmark for measurement and insights in life sciences marketing.
- • Ensure product scalability and reliability as usage grows across a global customer base of leading pharmaceutical, biotech, and health plan organizations.
- • Communicate product progress and outcomes to leadership and stakeholders through clear metrics, customer feedback summaries, and roadmap updates.
- • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging feedback loops with customers, internal teams, and data partners to refine product offerings.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience as a Product Manager in SaaS, healthcare technology, or data-driven platforms
- • Deep understanding of life sciences marketing ecosystems, including DTC and HCP channels
- • Experience managing complex data products with integration of third-party media and healthcare datasets
- • Strong track record of leading product roadmaps from concept to launch in a fast-paced environment
- • Ability to translate regulatory and compliance requirements (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR) into product specifications
- • Excellent stakeholder communication skills with experience working across engineering, sales, and customer success teams
