  • • As a Meta Search Manager at loveholidays.com Ltd, you will own the strategy and performance of the Hotel Only activity across key meta search partners including Google Hotel Ads, Trivago, TripAdvisor, and other emerging platforms, playing a pivotal role in growing one of the company’s most important acquisition channels by driving incremental bookings, improving marketplace competitiveness, and scaling hotel-only demand across markets.
  • • Your day-to-day responsibilities include owning and optimizing Hotel Only performance across meta search partners for all points of sale; analyzing channel performance to identify growth opportunities and improve competitiveness in auctions; collaborating with revenue management, engineering, data science, and analytics teams to enhance feed quality, bidding logic, and platform integrations; developing testing roadmaps for bidding strategies, placements, partners, and traffic types; monitoring marketplace dynamics such as competitor behavior, pricing, and auction trends; forecasting performance and managing budgets to maximize ROI while scaling efficiently; translating complex data into clear insights for stakeholders across marketing, trading, and leadership; staying current with developments in hotel meta search and performance marketing; and driving growth in hotel-only bookings to support broader channel expansion in existing and new markets.

  • • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in hotel meta search ecosystems, advanced bidding strategies, and cross-functional collaboration with data and engineering teams, enabling you to drive measurable impact on acquisition performance while building strategic skills in performance marketing, data-driven decision-making, and stakeholder influence within a fast-paced, growth-oriented travel technology environment.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Experience managing hotel meta search partners such as Google Hotel Ads, Trivago, TripAdvisor, or Kayak.
  • • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work with large datasets and translate insights into clear actions.
  • • Proficiency in SQL and Excel (or equivalent analytical tools) to analyze channel performance and support decision-making.
  • • Experience managing performance marketing channels within travel, eCommerce, marketplaces, or similar digital environments.
  • • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to present insights clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
