- • Manages the operations of the Connection Dental Network Provider Relations and Data Management teams, overseeing provider contract administration, data management, and network content such as websites, newsletters, and surveys to ensure alignment with organizational goals and compliance.
- • Leads process improvements in contracting, fee schedules, data management, and service resolution while ensuring adherence to legal, accreditation, and state/federal requirements through collaboration with cross-functional teams including Marketing and GSI.
- • Supervises team performance by setting goals, conducting reviews, providing feedback, and guiding hiring, promotions, and succession planning to maintain high productivity and quality standards.
- • Drives strategic network initiatives by analyzing market data, recommending retention and growth strategies, managing budgets, and supporting provider satisfaction and engagement across the dental network.
- • Ensures brand consistency and regulatory compliance in all provider-facing communications and internal documentation while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
