📋 Description
- • Teach Microsoft 365 Endpoint Administration (CMIT 380) as an adjunct faculty member in UMGC's School of Cybersecurity & Information Technology, preparing students to deploy, configure, secure, and maintain modern endpoint devices using Microsoft solutions like Intune, Entra ID, and Windows client management.
- • Engage adult learners through frequent interaction, collaborative problem- and project-based learning, and constructive feedback using rubrics to support student success in a fully online environment.
- • Contribute to a mission-driven institution serving 90,000 students globally, including 55,000 military-affiliated learners annually, with a focus on flexibility for working adults, parents, and minority students.
- • Develop subject-matter expertise while helping students connect cybersecurity concepts across their academic program and provide feedback on curricular improvements to the program chair.
🎯 Requirements
- • Masters degree in Cyber Operations or related field from an accredited institution.
- • Professional experience in Cyber Operations or related fields.
- • Experience teaching adult learners online and in higher education (strongly preferred).
- • Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator (MD-102) certification or equivalent industry designation.
