- • As a Microsoft 365 Organizational Change Management Consultant at Planet Technologies, you will support impactful projects that drive digital transformation for public sector clients, helping governments, corporations, and educational institutions leverage Microsoft 365 to improve business outcomes and workplace experiences.
- • Day to day, you will design and execute organizational change management strategies, support end-users and managers through technology adoption, facilitate training and communication plans, and guide clients in maximizing the value of Microsoft 365 tools in their daily workflows.
- • You will join Planet Technologies, the nation’s leading Microsoft services provider to the public sector, working within an award-winning, entrepreneurial team that champions innovation and continuous learning in Microsoft technologies.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in change management within Microsoft 365 environments, develop consulting and client engagement skills, and contribute to meaningful digital transformation initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness and user adoption.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM) consulting, particularly in technology adoption and digital transformation initiatives.
- • Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 suite and its application in enterprise environments to support user adoption and workflow optimization.
- • Excellent communication and facilitation skills to engage stakeholders, deliver training, and guide end-users and leadership through change.
- • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote, fast-paced consulting environment.
