Your primary mission will be to cultivate and expand net-new pipeline through strategic co-selling initiatives, focusing on securing valuable customer introductions within prioritized Microsoft-managed accounts. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between MCA Connect's specialized solutions and the vast customer base accessible through Microsoft's extensive network.
- • You will collaborate intimately with Microsoft field sales teams and Go-To-Market (GTM) counterparts. This close partnership is essential for identifying and prioritizing target accounts that offer the greatest potential for co-sell opportunities. Your expertise will be instrumental in activating effective co-sell motions, ensuring that both organizations are aligned and working synergistically towards common goals.
- • A key responsibility involves executing targeted sales and marketing plays. These plays are designed to generate high-quality customer introductions, which will then be seamlessly handed over to MCA Connect Account Executives for dedicated pursuit and closure. Your ability to orchestrate these plays will directly impact the success of our sales efforts and the overall revenue generated through the Microsoft partnership.
- • Success in this role is measured by your ability to foster joint marketing events that create demand and awareness. You will ensure seamless alignment between MCA Connect and Microsoft sales teams, promoting a unified approach to customer engagement. Furthermore, you will strategically utilize Microsoft investments and co-sell programs to maximize reach and impact. Proactive prospecting strategies, jointly executed with Microsoft and MCA Connect Account Executives, will be a cornerstone of your approach.
- • Beyond direct co-selling, you will also manage strategic Independent Software Vendor (ISV) partner relationships. This aspect of the role is crucial for facilitating and enhancing our overall GTM activities, ensuring that MCA Connect's offerings are well-positioned within the broader Microsoft ecosystem and that we are capitalizing on all available partnership avenues.
- • You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive co-sell strategy that aligns with MCA Connect's business objectives and Microsoft's partner programs. This includes understanding the nuances of Microsoft's sales structure, identifying key stakeholders within Microsoft, and building strong, trusted relationships with them.
- • The role requires a proactive and results-oriented individual who can navigate complex organizational structures and influence stakeholders at various levels within both MCA Connect and Microsoft.
- • You will analyze market trends and identify new opportunities for co-sell engagement, staying abreast of Microsoft's product roadmap and GTM strategies to ensure our offerings remain relevant and competitive.
- • Developing and delivering compelling joint value propositions that resonate with target customers will be a critical function. This involves understanding customer pain points and demonstrating how the combined strengths of MCA Connect and Microsoft can provide effective solutions.
