- • As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer at Guidehouse, you will play a critical role in designing, configuring, and developing custom solutions within the Microsoft Power Platform to support mission-critical applications for federal and public sector clients, directly contributing to digital transformation initiatives that improve government service delivery and operational efficiency.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include hands-on development and deployment of business applications using Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement modules (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Field Service, Project Service Automation), creating and maintaining Power Apps, Power Automate flows, Power BI reports, and integrating systems via APIs, SDKs, and middleware while ensuring compliance with federal security standards and public trust requirements.
- • You will provide ongoing support through batch job monitoring, integration issue resolution, and system optimization, collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to gather requirements, design solutions, conduct unit testing, and deliver scalable, maintainable code that aligns with enterprise architecture principles.

- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in the full Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform stack, gain exposure to large-scale federal implementations, enhance your leadership and client-facing communication skills by presenting technical solutions to C-level stakeholders, and position yourself for advancement into architecture, technical lead, or consulting roles within Guidehouse’s growing cloud practice.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of three (3) years of professional experience with hands-on development in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and related Power Platform technologies.
- • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Federal or DHS Public Trust clearance; US citizenship is contractually required for this role.
- • Demonstrated experience with full life-cycle implementation of Dynamics 365, including development, deployment, integration, monitoring, and issue resolution across modules such as Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Field Service, and Project Service Automation.
