- • As a Microsoft Dynamics Program Manager at Guidehouse Inc., you will be at the forefront of delivering sophisticated Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Engagement) solutions. This pivotal role involves overseeing the entire lifecycle of these implementations, from initial design and development of CE/CRM application components to meticulous management of project schedules, resources, risks, and comprehensive reporting.
- • You will serve as a key technical and strategic advisor, providing overall guidance and acting as the primary escalation point for the Dynamics development teams. Your expertise will be crucial in supporting customers and end-users, translating their business needs into actionable requirements that align with the latest Dynamics 365 architecture, thereby ensuring the successful realization of project objectives.
- • A significant aspect of this role involves developing robust implementation plans and strategic roadmaps. These plans will not only set the standard for future development but also ensure that new architectures seamlessly integrate with existing infrastructure without compromising security or performance.
- • You will manage multiple small teams of experienced consultants, including managers and senior professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. - • The problems and issues encountered in this role are often numerous, complex, and undefined. They require extensive information gathering, rigorous analysis, and thorough investigation to fully comprehend the client's organizational landscape and business objectives.
- • You will be responsible for gathering detailed technical requirements from clients and proposing strategic solutions that align with their architectural vision and business needs. This involves a deep dive into their current systems and future aspirations.
- • Drive the end-to-end implementation of Dynamics CRM projects through all critical phases: discovery, definition, build, testing, and deployment. Your leadership will ensure each phase is executed efficiently and effectively.
- • Lead crucial data-centric discussions with clients during discovery meetings, ensuring a clear understanding of data migration, integration, and management strategies.
- • Translate complex technical concepts into intuitive user flows, clear wireframes, comprehensive system diagrams, and functional prototypes to visualize solutions for stakeholders.
- • Develop and implement integrations and customizations for Dynamics CRM, ensuring seamless functionality and alignment with business processes.
- • Design and lead the system architecture process, defining specifications for and implementing customizations related to any custom code or data migration requirements. This includes creating the foundational structure for the solution.
- • Present tailored, compelling demonstrations of the technology solution to clients, highlighting its value and capabilities in addressing their specific challenges.
- • Collaborate closely with technology and business groups to meticulously define project specifications, ensuring all requirements are captured and understood.
- • Develop detailed technical solution designs and comprehensive implementation plans, taking full ownership of the Dynamics 365 solution from conception to delivery.
- • Interact proactively with both prospective and current customers during product demonstrations and evaluations, building strong relationships and understanding their evolving needs.
- • Enhance the efficiency of the development, testing, and release processes. You will develop tools and frameworks to ensure the robust and high-quality delivery of Dynamics 365 implementations.
- • Proactively document technical risks and issues, and actively work to avoid, mitigate, and resolve these risks and technical debt, ensuring project stability and long-term maintainability.
- • Effectively relay the solution design to the development team, providing clear technical guidance throughout the development lifecycle to ensure accurate and high-quality implementation.
- • Travel to multiple customer locations for demos and meetings as required, up to 25% of the time, to foster strong client relationships and ensure project success on-site.
