  • • Fully own the end-to-end talent acquisition lifecycle for Sysco, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selecting, and hiring candidates across high-volume roles.
  • • Develop and execute comprehensive recruiting strategies to build diverse candidate pipelines using LinkedIn, Indeed, social media, job boards, employee referrals, and sponsored campaigns.
  • • Serve as the single point of contact for candidates, hiring managers, and HR business partners throughout the entire recruitment process.
  • • Conduct initial phone screens, coordinate multi-round interviews (virtual and in-person), and facilitate calibration sessions with hiring teams to evaluate and select top candidates.
  • • Prepare and present Side-by-Side offer recommendations outside of Workday, including compensation analysis, internal vs. external benchmarking, and pay band alignment based on Sysco’s compensation philosophy.
  • • Manage offer extension processes: verbally extend offers, navigate counteroffers, and route formal offers through Workday for documentation and candidate acceptance.
  • • Disposition all non-selected candidates with professionalism and ensure internal candidates receive appropriate transition coordination between sending and receiving managers.
  • • Oversee the new hire onboarding transition, including scheduling background checks, answering equipment and welcome letter inquiries, and ensuring candidates are ready for their start date.
  • • Maintain strict compliance with OFCCP guidelines, employment laws, and company policies regarding recruitment practices and data management.
  • • Analyze job descriptions to identify required qualifications and proactively source qualified passive candidates using data-driven methods.
  • • Utilize automated applicant tracking systems (Workday preferred), self-scheduling tools, video interview platforms, and text-based communication tools to streamline recruitment.
  • • Build and maintain strong relationships across all levels of the organization through influencing, credibility, and exceptional communication skills.
  • • Manage confidential information with discretion while adhering to federal and state employment regulations.
  • • Operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with strong multitasking abilities and a sense of urgency to meet deadlines.
  • • Prepare clear, accurate, and comprehensive written communications and reports related to recruitment metrics, candidate pipelines, and hiring recommendations.
  • • Apply independent judgment to solve non-recurring recruitment challenges and evaluate multiple alternatives to determine optimal outcomes.
  • • Travel up to 25% for in-person interviews, candidate meetings, or recruitment events as needed.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 4-6 years of high-volume, full-cycle recruiting experience in agency or in-house settings
  • • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent high-volume recruitment experience
  • • Proven experience with Workday Recruiting and other HRIS/ATS systems
  • • Strong knowledge of OFCCP guidelines and federal/state employment compliance regulations
  • • Demonstrated success sourcing passive candidates via LinkedIn, Indeed, and other platforms
  • • Experience using self-scheduling tools, video interviews, and text-based communication in recruitment
