- • Drive end-to-end Microsoft Power Platform implementations across discovery, definition, build, test, and deploy phases for client projects
- • Conduct client discovery meetings to identify sales, marketing, and customer service requirements for Power Platform solutions
- • Design, configure, and develop custom applications using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven), Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and Dataverse
- • Automate business processes through low-code solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate, delivering data visualization and workflow automation outputs
- • Serve as the primary Microsoft Power Platform Subject Matter Expert (SME) for system architecture, solution design, configuration, and security management
- • Develop and refine standardized Power Platform implementation frameworks, tools, and best practices for enterprise deployments
- • Create technical documentation, design specifications, and knowledge transfer materials for clients and internal teams
- • Deliver tailored demonstrations and presentations of Power Platform solutions to C-level executives, public groups, and board-level stakeholders
- • Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure bug-free, high-quality code aligned with organizational coding standards
- • Participate in daily Scrum meetings and provide detailed daily status reports on project progress and blockers
- • Integrate Power Platform solutions with SharePoint Online, on-premise SharePoint 2013+, and disparate data sources using OOTB connectors
- • Support production issues in collaboration with client support teams and conduct root cause analysis for system failures
- • Maintain and enhance existing Microsoft Dynamics 365 integrations and related Power Platform applications
- • Stay current with Microsoft’s Power Platform roadmap, wave releases, and new feature announcements to recommend and implement innovations
- • Apply intermediate to advanced knowledge of relational database concepts and data modeling in the context of Dataverse and other backend systems
- • Work within SaaS and PaaS environments to deliver cloud-based Power Platform solutions to public and private sector clients
- • Translate business requirements into technical specifications, write test scripts, and ensure alignment with software development lifecycles
- • Utilize core technologies including C#, SQL, .NET, and Microsoft Dataverse (CDS) in solution development
- • Engage in continuous learning and pursue certifications to advance expertise in the Power Platform ecosystem
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum three (3) years of professional experience in Power Platform development
- • U.S. citizenship required
- • Must be able to obtain and maintain Federal or DHS Public Trust clearance
- • Bachelor’s degree (4-year college degree)
- • Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint (2013+), and Microsoft Dataverse (CDS)
- • Experience designing complex common data models and using OOTB connectors in Power Platform
