📋 Description

• As a Mid-Level Microsoft Security Consultant at Cyderes, you will play a critical role in helping enterprise clients strengthen their security posture by implementing and optimizing Microsoft security solutions across cloud, hybrid, and on-premises environments.
• Your day-to-day responsibilities will include assessing client security needs, designing and deploying Microsoft-based security architectures (including Azure AD, Microsoft Defender, Intune, and Purview), conducting risk assessments, and providing remediation guidance aligned with industry best practices.
• You will partner directly with clients and internal teams to deliver tailored security strategies that integrate with existing tools and leverage AI-enhanced threat detection and response capabilities.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience implementing and managing Microsoft security solutions such as Azure Active Directory, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint/Identity/Cloud Apps, Microsoft Intune, and Microsoft Purview
• Strong understanding of cloud, hybrid, and on-premises security architectures and identity and access management (IAM) principles
• Ability to conduct security assessments, identify vulnerabilities, and recommend remediation strategies using industry frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, CIS Controls)
• Experience working with enterprise clients in a consulting or advisory capacity, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with MDR, threat detection, and response concepts, particularly as they integrate with Microsoft security tools
• Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals (SC-900) or higher (e.g., SC-200, SC-300) are preferred
