📋 Description

• • As a Microsoft Sentinel Security Consultant at Quisitive Technology Solutions Inc., you will serve as a customer-facing advisor who translates Microsoft Sentinel telemetry into clear, actionable security guidance, helping organizations reduce risk and improve their security posture over time.
• • Day to day, you will review and interpret Sentinel incidents, analytics rules, and trends; analyze recurring security signals to identify attack patterns and control gaps; develop and explain KQL queries, workbooks, and dashboards; partner with MDR and SecOps teams to validate detections; guide customers on acting on insights; support monthly Spyglass security coaching sessions; translate technical outputs into business-relevant narratives; participate in executive and technical advisory discussions; assess customer security posture across Sentinel, Defender XDR, and Entra ID; map findings to frameworks like NIST CSF and CIS Controls; identify telemetry and detection gaps; support scoping and validation of customer security engagements; develop customer-facing materials such as security narratives and coaching decks; and collaborate closely with Security Coaches, Customer Success Managers, and SecOps teams.
