📋 Description

• As a Senior Platform and Product Security Officer, you will serve as the technical right-hand on product security topics, joining the Cybersecurity team to act as a cross-functional point of contact for security matters related to the platform.
• Your day-to-day responsibilities include contributing to building the Product Security team, supporting engineering teams on product and cloud security topics from design to production, performing security testing (penetration testing) in development environments, helping implement DevSecOps best practices, and continuously improving product security governance and architectures.
• You will be part of Mirakl’s Security team in Paris or Bordeaux (with 1 day remote per week), working closely with Product Development, SRE, and Software Architecture teams in an agile, structured organization with strong collaboration culture and daily interactions across tech teams.
• This role offers the opportunity to build a comprehensive view of product security at a global leader in marketplace innovation, with clear career paths toward internal Red Team roles, Blue Team, security governance, or product architecture tracks, while advancing your expertise in a fast-growing, multi-cloud environment.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong command of white-box audit techniques, code analysis tools (Semgrep, GHAS), web proxy tools (Burp, Caido, etc.), Infrastructure as Code, AWS, GCP, and Jira.
• Fluent in English and French (written and spoken).
• Prior experience in penetration testing or product security is required.
• Curious, rigorous, and proactive mindset with proven ability to learn and upskill on a wide range of technologies.
• Enjoy teamwork in a demanding technical environment and possess an analytical mindset to clearly explain security issues to non-specialists.
