- • As a Mid-Enterprise Account Executive at Horizon3.ai, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by acquiring new customers and expanding market presence in the cybersecurity sector, directly contributing to the company’s mission of enabling organizations to proactively identify and remediate exploitable attack vectors before they are weaponized by threat actors.
- • You will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle—from prospecting and qualification to proof of value, negotiation, and closure—while leveraging your existing Channel Partner relationships in the Ohio Valley to accelerate deal velocity and expand Horizon3.ai’s footprint through trusted reseller networks.
- • The role demands a hunter mindset combined with strategic account planning, requiring you to independently generate pipeline, conduct high-impact product demonstrations of the NodeZero™ platform, and consistently exceed quarterly sales quotas in a competitive, fast-moving cybersecurity market.
- • You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Sales Engineering, Customer Success, and Marketing to ensure seamless handoffs, accurate forecasting, and post-sale ROI validation, fostering long-term customer satisfaction and retention.
- • Operating within Horizon3.ai’s remote-first, high-trust culture, you will embody the company’s values of ownership, collaboration, and results-driven execution while representing a cutting-edge autonomous pentesting platform adopted by Global 100 enterprises, government agencies, and MSSPs.

🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum 3-5 years of proven sales experience in the cybersecurity technology industry with a consistent track record of exceeding sales quotas quarter over quarter.
- • Demonstrated success in introducing and selling disruptive cyber software solutions, including experience managing complex sales cycles involving proof of value, forecasting, negotiation, and deal closure.
- • Established Channel Partner relationships in the Ohio Valley region, with the ability to establish, nurture, and monetize partner networks to drive pipeline and revenue.
- • Proficiency in CRM and pipeline management using Salesforce (SFDC), Outreach.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and similar sales enablement tools to maintain accurate forecasting and customer data.
- • Familiarity with Challenger Question-Based Selling methodology and the ability to adapt sales approach based on customer insights and business challenges.
- • Must be located in the Ohio Valley and able to travel up to 20% within assigned territory for customer meetings, partner engagements, and industry events.
