• • As a Mid Java Developer at Ndeavour Tech Pvt. Ltd., you will play a pivotal role in the company’s Platform Team modernization initiative, contributing to the evolution of a scalable, cloud-native architecture while supporting the gradual migration from legacy systems. Your work will directly impact the reliability, performance, and maintainability of core services used by global partners, placing you at the forefront of a strategic transformation effort.
• • Day to day, you will develop and maintain microservices and REST APIs using Java/Kotlin and Spring Boot, collaborate with senior engineers on architectural decisions and design patterns, contribute to refactoring efforts and legacy code migration, write clean, well-tested, and maintainable code with strong attention to detail, work with MySQL or PostgreSQL databases, actively participate in code reviews to uphold quality standards, leverage CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices for seamless deployments, utilize AI-assisted coding tools to enhance productivity and code quality, and troubleshoot, debug, and support platform-level features to ensure system stability and performance.
• • You will join a growing team of 120+ engineers at Mobile Wave Solutions, a delivery arm of Ndeavour Tech Pvt. Ltd., known for providing high-quality software development services to international clients. The Platform Team is focused on modernizing a complex, evolving system through incremental improvements, fostering a culture of continuous learning, technical excellence, and collaborative problem-solving in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.
