- • Lead the configuration, administration, and optimization of the Workday HCM platform for a US-based customer, ensuring seamless HR technology operations that drive efficiency, data integrity, compliance, and strategic HR initiatives.
- • Manage core HRIS functions including Workday modules (Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Talent Management, Recruiting), custom reporting, integrations, EIBs, calculated fields, business processes, and security configurations aligned with US requirements.
- • Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, implement solutions, and continuously optimize HR processes while ensuring compliance with US federal/state labor laws and data privacy regulations (e.g., CCPA, HIPAA).
- • Mentor junior HRIS analysts, contribute to knowledge sharing, and maintain strong time-zone alignment with US business hours (EST/CST) to provide responsive support and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced, remote, cross-functional environment.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- • 4–7 years of progressive HRIS experience, with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on Workday configuration, administration, and support, including demonstrable experience with Workday Adaptive Planning.
- • Workday certification (HCM Core, Reporting, or relevant modules) is highly preferred; deep practical experience in both HCM and Adaptive Planning is strongly considered.
- • Proven expertise in Workday business process configuration, reporting, integrations (HCM and Adaptive), calculated fields, security, and Adaptive Planning model building/maintenance.
- • Fluency in English (excellent written and verbal) is required; Spanish is strongly preferred; Portuguese is a plus.
- • Solid understanding of US HR practices, multi-state payroll, labor legislation, and compliance requirements, in addition to LATAM knowledge.
