- • As a Mid-Market Account Executive at Voxel Technologies Inc., you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by selling cutting-edge computer vision and AI solutions that enhance workplace safety and operational efficiency for mid-market clients. Your work will directly contribute to reducing workplace injuries, lowering insurance costs, and improving operational performance across industries such as manufacturing, logistics, and operations—addressing a $500B+ annual cost burden on U.S. employers.
- • You will own the entire sales cycle for mid-market accounts, from initial prospecting and lead qualification through discovery, product demonstrations, negotiation, and closing. This includes building and managing a healthy sales pipeline via outbound outreach, inbound lead follow-up, and strategic account development, while consistently achieving and exceeding quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include delivering compelling, value-based product demonstrations and presentations tailored to diverse stakeholders—including operations managers, safety officers, IT leaders, and C-suite executives—articulating how Voxel’s AI-powered platform mitigates risk and drives ROI. You will collaborate closely with Sales Development Representatives to nurture leads, partner with Marketing to leverage campaigns and events, and work with Customer Success to ensure smooth handoffs and long-term client satisfaction.
- • You will provide actionable market and customer feedback to Product and Leadership teams to inform product roadmap and go-to-market strategy, ensuring Voxel remains responsive to evolving client needs in safety, compliance, and operational excellence. Additionally, you will maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and activity tracking within the CRM (Salesforce or HubSpot), ensuring transparency and predictability in sales performance.

- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in consultative selling within the B2B SaaS space, particularly in verticals like operations, safety, and manufacturing/logistics. You will refine your ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, strengthen your executive presence, and gain hands-on experience with AI-driven enterprise solutions—positioning you for accelerated career growth in tech sales or sales leadership.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- • 3–5 years of proven B2B SaaS sales experience, with at least 2 years focused on mid-market sales (typically $1M–$50M in annual revenue).
- • Demonstrated history of consistently exceeding sales quotas, with a track record of closing $800K+ in annual recurring revenue (ARR) per year.
- • Strong consultative selling skills, including experience managing complex deals involving multiple stakeholders across technical, operational, and executive functions.
- • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities, with the capacity to articulate technical value propositions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- • Entrepreneurial mindset, adaptability, and motivation to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
- • Prior experience selling into operations, safety, manufacturing, logistics, or industrial sectors is a strong plus.
