📋 Description

• • The GTM Operations Manager role at Commvault Systems, Inc. is critical to supporting the Managed Service Provider (MSP) and Hyperscaler go-to-market teams, directly impacting revenue generation and partner program effectiveness through strategic planning, operational execution, and data-driven decision-making.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include partnering with MSP and Hyperscaler sales leadership to develop annual plans involving territory design, quota setting, and coverage models; driving pipeline reporting, forecasting, and performance tracking; designing and optimizing sales processes and order workflows; collaborating on partner onboarding and transaction processes; and determining effective compensation plan structures and headcount alignment.
